About the service

After launch, new content arrives, software changes and small issues need attention. We can help you review the setup, prioritise work and make improvements in manageable steps. Care starts with understanding your website and agreeing what support covers. From a layout fix to an update or a more involved change, the work is reviewed against the pages and tasks it affects, with a clear record of what has been done.

Who it helps

For teams looking for ongoing development support, owners who need help with an existing WordPress site, and businesses with a specific problem to resolve.

A closer look

Keep the experience consistent as it changes.

Villa Invicta’s amenity section shows how imagery and practical details can share a clear structure. Future content changes need to preserve that connection with the rest of the website.

Inside Villa Invicta

How we get there.

01

Get to know the setup

We review the website, hosting arrangements, available backups and known issues. This establishes what we can support and what needs attention first.

02

Choose the useful next step

We agree priorities and the boundaries of the work. Larger changes get their own scope, so routine care and new development stay understandable.

03

Change, check and record

We apply the agreed changes, check affected pages and flows, and document the work. New requests can then be prioritised against the next round of improvements.

Questions you may have

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Can you support a website you did not build?

Often, yes. We first review its theme, plugins, hosting and access, then agree which parts we can take responsibility for.

Can we ask for a one-off fix?

Yes. Send the website and a description of the problem. We assess the likely work and agree a focused scope before starting.

Does care include new features?

Small improvements may be included in the agreed support scope. New sections, integrations or more substantial features are scoped separately so the work and cost stay clear.

Is hosting part of the service?

Hosting and domain arrangements are agreed separately. We can coordinate with your provider where the project includes that work, but support depends on the access and services available.
